I love how coconut seems to add sweetness without any actual sweeteners. Love the addition of the coconut, I can imagine eating this on pancakes on a cold morning as a healthy alternative to Nutella or chocolate sauce. I love making these kinds of things at home so I can control the amount of sugar, because when I eat store-bought stuff, that's the part that bothers me the most!Loretta E.http://www.blogger.com/profile/09340044387066178288[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5195486168569450600.post-12121062128929563682013-12-14T09:52:16.567-06:002013-12-14T09:52:16.567-06:00This looks like a much fresher and healthier sprea...This looks like a much fresher and healthier spread than Nutella, Loretta! Nutella has its place but it is really frosting in a jar. Even sugary peanut butter has less sugar and way more protein than Nutella. I have made home made peanut butter but never tried adding the cocoa. Sounds good!Wendyhttp://www.themondaybox.com[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5195486168569450600.post-31288605487535695112013-12-12T21:22:22.725-06:002013-12-12T21:22:22.725-06:00Mathew would love this!Mathew would love this!Anonymous[email protected]
