I love the idea of sweetening the granola with dates. Pure, natural sweetness! Haha... you are a woman after my own heart. I love snacking on granola, and yoghurt with granola is one of the best easy treats around (and it's healthy too, especially when it's homemade... you know exactly what you've put in it!).
